- Acceptance Of The Use Of Quentin Defense Website Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of the Quentin Defense website is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the website.
- Credit card details
Valid credit card information must be provided at the time of order. Payment is processed immediately once the order is placed.
- Advice
The contents of the Quentin Defense website does not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making, or refraining from making, any decision.
- Change of Use
Quentin Defense reserves the right to:
4.1 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Quentin Defense shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal
4.2 change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change

Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that Quentin Defense is not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

6.1 All copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in the website and its content (including without limitation the website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the website) are owned by or licensed to Quentin Defense or otherwise used by Quentin Defense as permitted by law.
6.2 In accessing the website, you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the website for personal, non-commercial home use only.
- Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1 The website is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
7.2 To the extent permitted by law, Quentin Defense will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the website.
7.3 Quentin Defense makes no warranty that the functionality of the website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
7.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Quentin Defense for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of Quentin Defense or that of its employees or agents.
- Workmanship Guarantee
8.1 Quentin Defense guarantees functionality and workmanship of all complete Quentin Defense firearms. Every complete Quentin Defense firearm is thoroughly tested for functionality and is guaranteed from mechanical defect before the firearm(s) leave our facility.
8.2 All Quentin Defense firearms are guaranteed from mechanical defect for the first 30 days from the date of receipt, either by the customer for in store purchases or by the transferring FFL for online purchases.
8.3 Complaints of defectiveness received after the 30 day grace period that result in gunsmith work conducted by us will be assessed with an hourly gunsmithing rate of $90 for a minimum of 1 (one) hour.
8.4 Quentin Defense offers no guarantees for lower receivers that have been assembled and / or modified in any way by parties other than Quentin Defense, nor do we offer any guarantees for complete firearms built by end users or third parties not directly employed by Quentin Defense.
- Warranty, Cancellations, Returns and Repair Policy
9.1 All firearm(s) sales are final, no firearm(s) returns will be accepted for any reason. All custom firearms and work completed by Quentin Defense is considered final and returns will not be accepted for any reason.
9.2 Quentin Defense offers a 30 day return policy for all new Quentin Defense parts and accessories, excluding firearms and lower receivers. All Quentin Defense parts and accessories submitted for return must be in new or like new condition and can not be altered in any way whatsoever. For online purchases the 30 day return policy begins the day the product is delivered by the mail carrier service with no exceptions. Delivery dates are based on the mail carrier’s provided tracking information with no exceptions. For in store purchases the 30 day return policy begins at the date of purchase. Any return received within the 30 day return policy WILL BE ASSESSED WITH A MINUMUM 25% RESTOCKING FEE, RESTOCKING FEE IS ASSESSED FROM THE MANUFACTURER’S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE AND NOT THE ACTUAL SALE PRICE.
9.3 A restocking fee of 25% will be assessed on all order cancellations where the cancellation is made after the date of purchase. Cancellations made on the date of purchase and before 4pm Arizona time may be exempt from restocking fees. Any cancellations made after 4pm Arizona time on the date of purchase will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Restocking fees are based on the manufacturer’s suggested retail price and not on the actual sale price. No refunds will be given for cancellations of online orders that have already shipped.
9.4 In the event a firearm is returned to us because the purchaser is not legally allowed to possess a firearm a restocking fee of 50% will be assessed on all cancellations or returns, all restocking fees will be based on MSRP and not the actual sale price.
9.5 Quentin Defense offers no warranty or returns on 80% receivers whatsoever.
9.6 Shipping costs are non-refundable and Quentin Defense will not cover shipping costs for returns for any reason, all shipping costs on returns and warranty items are the sole responsibility of the person shipping the item back to Quentin Defense. Quentin Defense is not liable for any lost or damaged shipments, Quentin Defense has no control over shipments once they leave our possession and therefore will not be responsible for any shipping issues whatsoever. Quentin Defense has no control over any shipments being sent to us and will not be held responsible whatsoever for any lost or damaged packages being sent to us. Any issues with any shipments from Quentin Defense will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/ or recipient.
9.7 All returns & warranty repairs must be approved in advance by contacting our service department at sales@quentindefense.com. Any returns received without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our service department will be returned to the sender unopened. Contact sales@quentindefense.com for RMA.
9.8 Layaway / Payment Plan Cancellation fees: All Layaway / Payment Plan agreements that are cancelled prior to their date of completion will be assessed with a flat cancellation fee of $30.
10. Apparel Return Policy
All Quentin Defense apparel sold on our website is produced and fulfilled by a third party vendor, unless otherwise specified, and therefore all apparel return policies are based on the third party vendor’s own return policies. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If the purchaser provides an address that is incorrect or considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the apparel vendor’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the apparel vendor’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Quentin Defense promises to provide sufficient sizing and style information for all Quentin Defense apparel items sold on our website, product information can be found in each product listing’s product description. Refunds are not given for buyer’s remorse or for your misunderstanding of product sizing and style. Exchanges, for any reason, will be subject to an exchange fee which can be in the amount of the original cost of the article but never more than the original cost. All apparel sold on our website is void of any warranties.
- Website Terms
Quentin Defense does their best to accurately describe and represent all products, however, errors may occur. Prices are subject to change at any time. Quentin Defense reserves the right to edit, change, or clarify descriptions at any time to correct errors in product listings. Please be aware that items that are incorrectly listed or priced and subsequently ordered may be cancelled at our discretion. In the event of a conflict in the description of an item, we reserve the right to remove the conflicting information once notified. We make no warranty on the accuracy of a product listing when a conflict in the product information is present. Photos shown are not of the actual item being shipped, and may show options not included in the item being sold. Photos are provided for general identification purposes only and may show optional or additional pieces for illustration purposes.
- Firearm Purchases
Quentin Defense ships firearms direct to valid FFL dealers only. PRIOR TO ORDERING: Please contact your local FFL receiving the firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. If you order a stripped lower receiver or lower receiver with the parts kit installed, YOU MUST be a legal resident of the state in which you are ordering and be at least 21 years of age to complete the transfer through your FFL*. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.
*Exceptions – Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines. Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, etc.
- Magazine purchases
Quentin Defense abides by all state, federal, and local laws regarding magazines. If an illegal magazine is ordered to your state, your order will be processed with the magazines removed. Quentin Defense applies the laws for civilian magazine purchases to all non-governmental magazine purchases within a state.
- Lead Times
Quentin Defense lead times are estimates and we make every attempt to ship within the time specified. If a lead time is not specified, the product is expected to ship within 30 days.
- Shipping
15.1 All orders over $250 ship signature required with insurance.
15.2 Items can take up to 30 days to ship. Items which are expected to take longer than 30 days to ship will be listed as such on their product page along with an estimated lead time.
15.3 Quentin Defense does not drop ship.
- Indemnity
16.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Quentin Defense and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Quentin Defense arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this website.
16.2 Quentin Defense and its employees and agents will not be held responsible for any damage caused by any individuals using any of our products. The actions of the individual are the responsibility of the individual and not the responsibility of the product manufacturer. Quentin Defense will not be held accountable for any reason whatsoever for actions taken by any parties not directly affiliated with Quentin Defense where a Quentin Defense product has been utilized.
- Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of USA and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts.
