Job Description
We’re looking for a competent inside sales person to conduct both inbound and outbound sales in the firearms industry. Ideal applicants should have a basic knowledge of firearms, particularly AR-15s, and a strong desire to consistently reach new customers while maintaining relationships with existing customers. 

Key Expectations

Applicant needs to be computer competent, able to navigate a customer database, and adequately update and maintain customer accounts in a database.

Applicant will be expected to communicate via phone and email and maintain a high standard of customer service.

We are looking for applicants that want to be part of our team and help grow and expand our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Close sales consistently
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Build pipelines, close deals, and follow up to generate new sales

Skills

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent computer skills, must be able to utilize Microsoft Office or Google equivalent, manage emails, and navigate and update database

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator/ Parts Changer for full time work in our Gilbert, AZ manufacturing facility. Duties include, but not limited to, loading material/parts into machines and running programs. Daily maintenance on machines (checking fluid levels, cleaning out chips, etc.) and maintaining a clean and organized work area. In process inspection of parts and to communicate any job related issues / questions (part feature, program, inspection, etc.) to lead person for resolution / clarification.

You will have typical operating job duties as the machines are already programmed.

Key Expectations

  • Applicants should possess the basic fundamentals of working on a CNC machine and in a machine shop.
  • Applicants will be expected to report all machine collisions and malfunctions to manager.
  • Applicants should know proper use of basic inspection, measuring, and test equipment to verify dimensions of product.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
  • Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
  • Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
  • Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
  • Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
  • Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
  • Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
  • Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality

Skills

  • Proven experience as CNC operator
  • Skilled in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
  • Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
  • A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
  • Good communication abilities
  • You must have your High School Diploma or GED
  • You must be able to work Monday – Friday
